These somatic exercises use movement and breathing to calm the body and regulate the nervous system. Try them with your child (or by yourself - our team does at least one of these per day) or pin them for later. β βKid-Friendly Chickpea Recipesβ I'm always looking for ways to get more protein AND keep my meals from being as chicken-centric as they usually are.
