The Health & Dental Impacts of Mouth Breathing vs. Nose Breathing

I started using mouth tape at night after interviewing holistic dentist Dr. Burhenne during Covid. It didn't take long to train myself to breathe through my nose consistently at night. Now I only use the tape a few times a month to make sure I don't slip back into mouth breathing.

So, I thought mouth breathing was only an issue at night. But I just realized I'm doing it while I work. Honestly, I'm glad you can't see me right now - trying to keep my mouth closed when I really want to be saying these words as I type them πŸ˜…. I don't know when this habit started, but I'm now doing some mouth taping during the day to get back into the habit of proper breathing for better health (and to maybe not look like Cinderella's stepsister up there).
